Sizes are the fit for each wheelbase. The awning length is set by the van's side run, so the roof-mounted and wall-mounted awnings take the same size for the same van. Aero roof bars need a bracket matched to your bars.
What size the Daily takes
On the medium roof it goes by wheelbase: 320cm on the L2 and 370cm on the longer L3. With a roof rack and the wall-mounted F45S instead, that becomes 325cm and 375cm.
As with any van, the case has to stop before the rear doors do. The Daily is a long vehicle in its bigger bodies and it is tempting to go for maximum shade, but an awning that fouls the door swing is a daily annoyance for the life of the van.
Which Daily have you got?
The Daily splits into the 2006 to 2014 shape and the 2014-onwards one, and it matters here. On the older shape the roof-mounted fit is settled and we can answer it straight away.
On the 2014-onwards Daily with the medium roof and no rack, we do not give an instant answer, because the fitment does not narrow down to one kit from the published data alone. Rather than guess and sell you the wrong bracket, we ask for a photo of your roofline and confirm it by hand. It takes us a few minutes and it is the difference between a kit that fits and a kit that goes back in the post.
The roof-mounted kit drills the roof edge
Straight answer: on the Daily the roof-mounted F80S fixes at the roof edge with drilled, sealed fixings. It is the specified installation, not a workaround, and sealed properly it stays watertight. But you should know it before you buy, not after you have unwrapped it.
If you would rather nothing went into the bodywork, fit a roof rack and the wall-mounted F45S clamps to the bars instead.
Roof rack? Check your bar shape
With a rack, the awning clamps to your bars. Square or round bars of roughly 50mm take the standard adapters, and you want at least 25mm of bar past the clamp so the winding handle has somewhere to go. Aero or oval bars need a bracket matched to your specific bars. If your rack already has awning mounts, it bolts straight on.

About the Fiamma F80S
The roof-mounted, low-profile Fiamma. It sits above door height and suits high-roof panel vans (Sprinter, Crafter, Ducato) with no clean side-wall fixing line. Sizes 290 to 450cm in Polar White, Titanium or Deep Black. Royal Grey or Royal Blue canopy (Deep Black is Royal Grey only). Common questions
Do I need a bracket kit for a Fiamma F80S?
Yes, always. The F80S does not fit any van without a van-specific bracket kit, bought separately. The Fit Finder has confirmed the exact part for your van above.
Can I fit a Fiamma F80S myself?
Yes, if you are a confident self-builder, but it is a two-person job to lift the awning onto the roof, and any roof drilling must be sealed properly. If you are not sure about the roof fixing, use an installer.
What is the difference between the F80S and the F45?
The F80S is roof-mounted; the F45 range is wall-mounted. Roof mounting suits vans with no clean side-wall fixing line and places the awning above door height.
Is the F80S manual or electric?
It comes with a hand crank for manual wind-out. Fiamma sells an optional electric motor kit that can be added later, and the awning is ready for optional LED lighting on the lead bar and rear casing.
