 CLEANING:

 We are not expecting you to waste your holiday time cleaning however we would expect the van back in a reasonable condition:

Please empty and clean waste water carrier and Portaloo cassette, remove all rubbish and ensure that the van floor is not soiled in mud/sand.

Please ensure the Kitchen sink and utensils are reasonably clean and that the exterior of the van is reasonable.

PORTALOO MUST be emptied and washed out- failure to do so will incur charges- please guys only number 1's- any evidence of number 2's we will charge for a portaloo replacement at £60.

Please just be respectful to avoid a cleaning charge!

PICK UP and DROP OFF:

Everyone has a busy schedule, and we understand the importance of flexibility and needing to get away therefore if you need a change to pick up and drop off we will of course try our best to accommodate you (within reason)- Just get in touch.

*You are welcome to leave your car in our locked grounds when you pick up-  Please note that this will be at your own risk and we will not be liable for your vehicle.

*We can accommodate railway station collection- on request.

FUEL: There will be ½ tank on pick up- please return this the same

BEDDING:

clean sheet provided on the fixed double.

All duvets/pillows/towels will need to be provided by you (who wants to share these really)

25% of the hire fee is taken as a deposit to secure the booking with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to travel.

your Security deposit will be due on the day of hire.

We have you covered for insurance and break down cover!

You must be over 25 and under 70 years old and hold a full UK licence with 2 years driving experience.

Your licence must be free of endorsements except for minor driving offences (ie 2x SP30's)

You must provide 2 forms of proof of address

The Insurance cover provided is Fully Comprehensive.  The rate includes a standard excess of £1,000; in the event of any accident or damage the hirer will be liable for the first £1,000. The hirer is liable for replacement of damaged windscreens, tyres or engine (following damage).

On signing the Vanz Adventures Hire agreement you agree to:

Pay a £500 security deposit prior to hire by BACS on collection of the campervan

 If the vehicle is returned at the agreed time, without damage to the van or its contents, clean and with full tank of fuel, the security deposit will be refunded in full, within 5 days.

If the vehicle is subject to damage whilst in the care of the Hirer including interior damage, theft of radio, vandalism, the Hirer will be liable for the costs of all repairs or replacements. If the cost of repair exceeds the Security deposit, the balance of repairs shall be passed on to the Hirer.

Any deductions from: cleaning charge, late return of the vehicle (unless agreed), portaloo replacement/cleaning, no 1/2 tank of fuel will be deducted from the security deposit.

The hirer is responsible for the care,condition and security of the campervan during the hire period.
